MY MOM’S MACARONI SALAD RECIPE USED ONE OF MY FIRST MEMORIES OF FAMILY RECIPES I HAD:

  • 2 to 3 cups of Macaroni. Rinse in Cool Water.
  • Small Onion, 1/4 Fine Chopped.
  • 2 Celeries and add Cheese.
  • 1 Can of Tuna Fish.
  • 2 to 3 Eggs Boiled ( Cut Last)
  • 1 Tsp. of Mustard with Pepper and Salt for taste.
  • Onion Salt/Paprika
  • 1/4 Cup of Milk
  • 1 Can of Olives
  • Last Frozen Peas (3/4 cup)

These Wonderful recipes have sentimental value for me and are fond memories of family time and fun moments, despite the hard times I went through. Food brings Family together and helps you build those bonds.   • 6 (4 OZ. EACH) Skinless, Boneless Chicken, (CUT THEM INTO STRIPS)
  • 1 CAN (4 OZ.) Chopped Green Chilies, (ADD CHILLES DURING LAST 2 MINUTES.)
  • 1 CUP Light Sour Cream
  • 1 CAN of (10 3/4 OZ.) Cream of Chicken Soup.
  • 1 CAN of (10 3/4 OZ.) Evaporated Skim Milk
  • 1 CAN of (2 1/4 OZ.) Sliced Black Olives.
  • 1 CUP of Reduced-Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
  • 10 6″ Flour Tortillas.
  • 5 CUPS of Frozen Cut Green Beans.
  • 5 CUPS of Frozen Cut Carrots, (Place in Microwave)

CHICKEN AND RICE RECIPE: This has been in my Family for many years and there are very good memories of my Mom making this dish too!! It is very Delicious. What you do is get a long pan and put water and rice in the pan. Then, you put boneless breast Chicken as many will fit in the pan. Then, put Cream of Chicken with some Vegs in there, add onions, and Spices for Taste.
